This is one of the largest and most well-established courses in the Region of Valencia, and is rated as one of Spain’s best, due to its superb design and unique surroundings.The vegetation around the course is fully matured, as the Villamartín Golf Club is now more than 35 years old. The trees make for a course of great beauty, but one with plenty of hazards. The layout of the course keeps you busy over all 18 holes, making you think hard regardless of your handicap and putting every club in your bag to good use.The course is designed to let players with a low handicap and those just starting out to enjoy their round. The greens are complicated in their design and help to raise the standard of the course further still. The various lakes add an air of freshness and quality, as well as acting as hazards to be avoided. It is a course that has staged various important tournaments over the years.
